What is an eco-house?

Еco-house is an energy-saving, earthquake-resistant building with a reinforced concrete monolithic structure. In the construction energy saving materials and constructive materials are being used. The building will be ready from 2-4 months.

What does the price include?

Designing activities: 3D modelling, all the works of documentation. Ecohouse hand over to addressers complitely finished from outside and inside, doors and floors  installed. Up to 30sq/m  is included in the price, in case of 30 sq/m and more will pay extra money.

• Eco Tun offers eco-houses for mortgage lending for real estate in accordance with the law on subsidizing interest from income tax. Prepayment: 0% -30%. If the down payment is less than 30%, an additional temporary deposit is required. The actual interest rate is 11% per annum, for a period of 10-20 years.
• "My Eco House" packages are not fixed, and are composed of statistical data. It is designed to give you easy orientation to order eco homes.
• All the raedy-made eco houses are sold.
• The price of sunlight pannels is included in ecohouse value.
• No gas installation, sunlight pannels are used instead.
• You can also order  Ecohouse on your own land.
• The land areas suggested by us have been consumed.
