One Residential System
Ecotun is developing one architectural logic for individual homes, low-rise, mid-rise, and vertical eco-buildings. Metal-based structural thinking, solar envelopes, energy, water, thermal performance, landscape, and community culture are considered as one system.
Engineering Directions
Current development studies include solar integration, energy storage, backup resilience, atmospheric water generation, technical water reuse, high-performance insulation, and low-maintenance landscape systems. All characteristics remain subject to calculation and technical validation.
Future Eco-Community
A conceptual masterplan for a future residential environment is being studied at a scale of up to approximately 350 hectares. Public information describes development direction, not timelines, financial outcomes, availability, or guaranteed autonomy.
